The Control Panel for Feed Supply Equipment IVELSY CPFE

The control panel CPFE-300-ST-O1-V2-Sc1-CP is made for controlling the load and the distribution of feed.

Control Panel Work

1. Volumetric Batching.

The spiral feed transporter loads feed consecutively from the feed-storage bunker B1 into the metering bunkers MB1-MBx where x is the number of metering bunkers. When the feed meets the top point of the metering bunker MBx and the sensor level Emax, the sensor activates (the control circuit breaks), the feed loading stops. At the feed distribution from the metering bunkers the sensor Emax goes back to the initial point (the control circuit closes), the transporter goes on and the process of loading repeats.  

2. Weight Batching

2.1. Using weighbridge WB.The spiral feed transporter ST1 loads feed from the feed-storing bunker B1 into the metering bunker of the chain feed-distributor which is placed on the weighbridge. The feed goes into the metering bunker until the dry reed WB closes (after getting the set weight); at this, the spiral transporter’s motor stops and the electric slide of the metering bunker opens, the feed comes into the feeding bunker of the chain feeder. The cycle of feed loading ends up here.

After feed distribution, the cycle repeats in manual mode (the button START-STOP) or in automatic mode (from the external timer).

Loading cycle starts when the electric slide of the metering bunker in the chain feeder closes.

If the equipment is provided with the manual slide then it opens and closes manually, at this, the control circuit of the electric slide is shunted with the bridge according to the connection electric circuit.

In case of several one-contour chain feeders, every feeder id provided with its own metering bunker MB1÷MBx and consequently weighbridges WB1÷WBx.

In this case the feed comes consecutively to the metering bunker until the dry reed WB closes (after getting the set weight); at this, the electric valve set at the appropriate flow of the feed transporter ST1 closes and the feed comes into the next metering bunker. After filling the last metering bunker (the farthest from the feed-storing bunker) the spiral transporter’s motor stops and the electric slide of all the metering bunker opens (to prevent the feed formation in the bunker), the feed comes into the proper feeding bunker of the chain feeder. The cycle of feed loading ends up here.

After feed distribution, the cycle repeats in manual mode (the button START-STOP) or in automatic mode (from the external timer).

Loading cycle starts when the electric slide of the metering bunker in the chain feeder closes.

If the equipment is provided with the manual slide then it opens and closes manually, at this, the control circuit of the electric slide is shunted with the bridge according to the connection electric circuit.

At the feed distribution from the metering bunkers the dry reed of the weighbridge WB opens, and after that it is possible to start a new loading cycle.

To protect the transporter’s motor ST1-STx there is the emergency sensor Emax provided which stops the loading if the transporter becomes cluttered with the feed.

2.2. Using beam balance BB. In this case, the feed comes consecutively into the metering bunker of every spiral feed-distributor until the dry reed BB closes (after getting the set weight) BB1-BBx. At this, the electric valve set at the appropriate flow of the feed transporter ST1 closes and the feed comes into the next metering bunker MB.

After filling the last metering bunker (the farthest from the feed-storing bunker) the spiral transporter’s motor stops. The cycle of feed loading ends up here.

2.3. Using current balance CB-1 The loading cycle starts in manual mode (the button START-STOP) or in automatic mode (from the external timer).

According to the technological standards, the daily or one-time (2-3-times feeding) feed norm (number of weights) is set at the balance control panel; for details search the Counter STIM Manual.

When the feed comes to the set weight, the counter relay activates and the loading process stops. At this, the feed in the storage bunker SB is used up until the bunker is empty (the sensor Emin breaks).

The feed is loaded into the current balance CB-1 by the transporter ST1 from the feed-storing bunker B1 and comes into the storage bunker SB. From the storage bunker the feed is loaded to the metering bunkers MB or to the feeding bunkers of the chain or spiral feeders by the transporter ST2 according to the technological programme. In case of using several feeders they are loaded by turns, and the quantity of the feed coming into every of them is controlled with the help of telescopic pipes so that the equal quantity loads in every bunker.

In the storage bunker SB the sensors Emin (Emin.bunk) and Emax (Emax.bunk) are installed. The sensor Emax protects the storage bunker from overloading and stops the sifting machine SM-1 and transporter ST1. The sensor Emin stops the transporter ST2 when the feed in the storage bunker is absent to prevent the work of the transporter ST2 without feed.

3. Load from the sifting machine

To prevent the solid fractions into the feeders and, consequently, their breakage (jamming the circuit or the spiral) we recommend using the sifting machine SM-1.

Using the sifting machine SM-1 is possible as at weight batching, and as at volumetric batching the feed. It is easily installed into any technological programme of the equipment installation.

When the sifting machine SM-1 is used in the feed load line the feed from the storing bunker SB1 is loaded by the transporter ST1 to the sifting machine SM-1.

After it, the feed from the sifting machine SM-1 goes to the current balance CB-1 or, in case of their absence, directly to the storage bunker SB and then by the feed loading transporter ST2 consequently is loaded into the metering bunkers MB1-MBx or the feeding bunkers FB1-FBx.

In the storage bunker the sensors Emin (Emin.bunk) and Emax (Emax.bunk) are installed. The sensor Emax protects the storage bunker from overloading and stops the sifting machine SM-1 and the transporter ST1. The sensor Emin stops the transporter ST2 when the feed in the storage bunker is absent.

4. Load using the electric valves EV

The electric valve is used in the weight batching of the feed. The feed comes into the appropriate metering bunker MB1-MBx through the loading transporter ST1-STx until the required weight is reached. After reaching the required weight from the control unit the command to close is sent, the electric valve closes the slide, and the feed goes into the next metering bunker. Opening the electric valve is done by the command from the control unit after emptying the metering (feeding) bunker.

5. Load using the electric slides.

The electric slide is used in the weight batching of the feed. Before the load starts, the metering bunker MB1-MBx gets the command from the control unit to close the slide. The slide closes. After closing the electric slide, the process of loading the feed starts. The feed comes into the metering bunker MB1-MBx until the required weight is reached. After reaching the required weight, the feed load into the metering bunker stops (with the electric valve, manually, etc.). The feed goes into the next metering bunker. After filling all metering bunkers, the command to open all the electric slides under the bunkers is given from the control unit. The process of feed distribution starts.
