The Supervisory Console IPCS SC

The supervisory console is made for observing, gathering, processing and storing the information on the processes taking place in the incubational units during all the incubation time.

Contents

  • A personal computer with the installed software;
  • Commutation line controller CLC-100-14K
  • Commutation line retransmitter CLR-100-14K (if more than 30 AIPCS UCC controllers are connected);
  • A printer;
  • Uninterrupted power supply unit.

Functions

Gathering data on the basic incubational process parameters from the controllers and its real-time displaying:

  • current temperature;
  • set temperature;
  • current humidity;
  • set humidity;
  • tray frames turnings.

Gathering data on the emergency cases from the controllers:

  • temperature;
  • humidity;
  • tray frames turnings
  • ventilators’ rotational speed;
  • not responding controllers.

The information gathered is displayed in the form of text (tables) and graphics (diagrams).

Diagnostics, setting (programming) on any computer connected to the AIPCS UCC net.

Transferring the technological programme on each controller (set temperature, humidity, miracle days). Possibility to change the programme.

Synchronization of the system time. when a supervisory console is connected, the time in all the AIPCS UCC controllers is the same and corresponds to the supervisory console time.

Archiving and analyzing the gathered information, making of reports and its output on the printer.

Features

The software of a supervisory console is very simple and protected from the incorrect actions of the operator to the maximum. The information gathered from the controllers may be displayed in the form of diagrams (on each unit) or in the form of a summary table (on all the working units).

Diagrams

The diagrams are formed for each unit separately. They are in real-time which allows seeing the dynamics of the processes in the unit. You can see the quality of work of each unit. At need, you can tune the unit (change pressure in the humidifier, control the depth of opening the air damper, etc.). that is why analyzing diagrams it is possible to tune almost every unit and achieve the best climate-controlling process. The diagram analysis allows predict the work of every unit, take measures and prevent the emergency cases.

Summary table

The basic parameters values are showed in this mode in the form of text (temperature: current and set, humidity: current and set, emergency cases) from all the units at the same time. The data are showed in the real time (update every minute). Thus, it is possible to observe the whole picture of the processes taking place in all the units and control them totally.

Collection and storage of the information makes possible the analysis of an unsuccessful batch at any moment of the complete incubational period. In case of unsuccessful batches the diagram analysis allows making the main question answered: if it was a bad egg or incubation was wrong. Except diagrams it is possible to print out the reports of emergencies for each unit at any period of time.

Alarm System Unit Ivelsy® AIPCS ALARM

The alarm system unit is made for correct organization of an independent alarm line in the incubation rooms as a part of the Ivelsy® AIPC system. One room is provided with one unit AIPCS ALARM
