The Universal Climate Controller AIPCS UCC

The Universal Climate Controller AIPCS UCC is a functionally completed device and is made for climate control in the industrial incubators: UNIVERSAL-55, IUP-F-45, IUV-15 instead of units IRT, IMU, etc.

A controller can run one incubational unit, can be used autonomously or with the supervisory unit.

Features

Transition cables allowing to connect the controller to standard units without remaking output connectors and electric equipment of the units are provided. That lets us move to the new equipment AIPCS at a minimum cost.

 

 

Running

To run the units of all the types optimally the effective algorithms of running are programmed in the controller. The choice of an algorithm according to the unit type is made at the first installation of the controller.

It is possible to connect 256 controllers AIPCS UCC to one supervisory console. If more than 30 controllers are connected the retransmitters CLR-100-14K are to be used.

The controller can be tuned as from the front panel, as with the help of a supervisory console AIPCS SC.

The controller can function in manual mode or in automatic mode (according to a technological programme). The technological programme is set at the supervisory console AIPCS SC for each controller for the whole period of incubation. The change of the set values of temperature and humidity is made automatically in the work of the technological programme; new temperature and humidity values are set for a new day.

In the manual mode the operator sets new temperature and humidity values from the front panel of the controller.

The following sensors can be connected to the controller:

  • a dual-mode temperature-humidity sensor;  
  • two rotating-sensors;
  • a ventilator’s rotational speed sensor;  
  • two additional temperature sensors.

Also:

  • a commutation line;  
  • an independent power supply line;
  • an independent emergency line are connected to the controller.  

The controller runs the following devices:

  • heater (tubular electric heating elements);  
  • cooler;  
  • humidifier;
  • emergency alarm.

The illumination controller Ivelsy® “Rassvet” is made for automatic running the illumination according to the technological programme. It is connected to the illumination lines of the Ivelsy® system FPL, the Ivelsy® dimmers FML, Ivelsy® IDF
